QC Systems

Novogene’s integrated client, contract and sample management system was custom-designed by Deloitte Consulting. It includes three sub-systems: a Customer Service Support (CSS) system, a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). With this system now implemented, Novogene and our clients can track the status/location of projects/samples in real-time.

Quality Control Workflows

Novogene has strict quality control standards; only qualified samples can be used for NGS. Before downstream bioinformatic analysis, quality testing is applied.
