Technical Support

Location: Sacramento, CA

The Technical Support will communicate with sales and customers to provide technical answers and customized solutions and help the sales team to achieve revenue goals. He/she will collect and report market information and will work closely with other teams within the company. The position may need to travel with sales occasionally to provide scientific support or presentations.
