Technical Support (Europe)

Location: Cambridge, UK

Problem solving: Communicate internally and externally to provide timely solutions and suggestions for sales team and customers, including but not limited to experimental design, sequencing strategy recommendation, and other pre-sale or after-sale questions.

Market Information Collection: Help the sales team to collect information about potential customers and the market;

Sales Training: Arrange essential training for the sales team and provide professional answer for their questions;

Project follow-up: Cooperate with Project Coordinator to ensure the on-schedule delivery of projects, communicate with customers to keep them updated.

Payment follow-up: Work closely with the sales team to help achieve revenue goals;

Documentation Work: Record, collect and analyze the sales performance; Prepare official document for the sales teams (quotation, invoice, etc.).

May need to attend industry conferences or travel with sales to provide scientific support or presentations occasionally.
