Position Responsibility Qualification Location
Bioinformatics Engineer 1. Analyze biological data using various bioinformatics software and statistical methods;
2. Design, develop and maintain various processes of bioinformatics analysis;
3. Analyze project situation and deal with after-sales problems by high-throughput sequencing;
4. Evaluate overseas customer intentions, analyze details and provide solutions;
5. Write technical documents and conduct training
1. Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Science, Statistic or Genetics, overseas education background is preferred;
2. Proficiency in programming language for bioinformatics (python/perl/R/C/C++/java), and Linux operating system;
3. Proficiency in the basic data structure and algorithm, and statistical methods;
4. Proficiency in the use of bioinformatics tools and database resources;
5. Relevant work experience in high-throughput biochip data analysis, second-generation high-throughput sequencing data analysis and bioinformatics analysis is preferred

Technical Support 1. Problem solving: communicate with operations and bioinformatics team to address customer concerns and technical problems. This may include issues related to experimental design, sequencing strategy and other pre-sales and after-sales questions;
2. Market information collection: assist sales team to collect information about potential customers and the market;
3. Sales training: arrange training for the sales team and provide professional answer for their questions;
4. Project and follow-up: cooperate with the Project Manager to monitor the project activities and ensure the on-schedule delivery of projects. Keep customers updated of the project status;
5. Payment follow-up: work closely with the sales team to achieve the revenue goals;
6. Documentation record: record, collect and analyze the sales performance, prepare official documents for the sales team (quotation, invoice…);
7. Attend conferences, make presentations and travel with sales team to provide direct scientific guidance to potential customers

Sales Manager The Sales Representative’s role is to ensure the achievement of sales within their given territory. The position will be responsible for managing all business accounts in the assigned region, create strategies and execute tactics to develop and implement sales plans that will contribute to the financial growth of the company. Develop, establish and implement an effective sales plan tailored to the territory and specific accounts to achieve the goals of the budget and financial growth of the territory.
1. Maintain a current understanding and knowledge of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information to clients and customers;
2. Manage existing accounts and expand customer base in territory, developing long-term profitable accounts;
3. Participate in all sales activities and attend meetings.

Sales manager-clinical genomics This role is to ensure the achievement of sales in clinical genomics within their given territories.
