BD Manager Biopharmaceutical services

Position Summary:

The BD Manager’s role is to ensure the achievement of sales within their given territory. The position will be responsible for managing all business accounts in the assigned region, create strategies and execute tactics to develop and implement sales plans that will contribute to the financial growth of the company.

Duties/Responsibilities:

– Develop, establish and implement an effective sales plan tailored to the territory and specific accounts to achieve the goals of the budget and financial growth of the territory.
– Maintain a current understanding and knowledge of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information to clients and customers.
– Manage existing accounts and expand customer base in territory, developing long-term profitable accounts.
– Participate in all sales activities and attend meetings.
– Travel required.

Qualifications:

– Master degree in life science and chemistry is required, PhD degree preferred.
– No prior sales experience required, but this would be advantageous.
– Outstanding listening, verbal and written communication skills.
– Fluency in Chinese, German or French or Italian or Denisha plus.
– Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Demonstrated success in generating new customer leads and building a business.
– Ability to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships.
– Independent, working remotely out of home office.

Sales Representative ( Clinical Genomics)

Accountant (UK)

Responsibilities:

1.Bank reconciliations, Credit card reconciliations.
2.Assisting in stocktaking, and the monthly supervision of inventory taking
3.Supporting month end close, accruals and prepayments
4.Provide support to employees submitting expenses for reimbursement
5.Preparing corporation tax computation, filing VAT returns, and liaising and negotiating with HMRC
6.Liaising and negotiating with the logistics partner and the Customs.
7.Maintaining good cooperation with outsourcing suppliers.
8.Completing the work arranged by line manager.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Economics, Finance, and etc.
2.2-3+ years accounting experience, tax related experience would be a big plus.
3.Sound understanding of UK GAAP and IFRS and month-end processes preferred
4.Experience with Oracle (or equivalent ERP system) preferred
5.Excellent computer skills working with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
6.Excellent written and oral communication skills
7.You will possess strong relationship building skills with key senior staff to ensure timely and accurate information.
8.You thrive in an often-times ambiguous environment

Job Description:
Ensure continuous supply of materials and communicate any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on laboratory operations.
Take ownership for POs and suppliers for on-time delivery, quality and negotiate best prices.
