Position Summary:

Sales Director of UKI

Position Summary:

The sales director role is to lead our growing sales team in the UK and Ireland. This roll will report to deputy general manager of UKI and manage the sales team in UK and Ireland. She/he will be responsible for leading the execution of strategies, training of sales team, maintaining relationship with key accounts, ensuring budgeted annual sales objective is met within designated territories and for the district overall.

Finance Manager (UK)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end-of-month closing, profit and loss analysis and financial reporting.
  • Responsible for the improvement and enhancement of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Handle risk management, Governance & Control-related matters.
  • Coordinate overall finance operations between the Chinese headquarters and the UK subsidiary.
  • Lead the consolidation, reporting in partnering with the Novogene UK finance team to drive annual/quarterly budgets, in-quarter forecasts, and financial deliverables while ensuring a high level of predictability
  • Be a trusted business partner and collaborate with team in making business decisions and providing financial guidance

  • Effectively partner with other Business units and Corp, in representing Novogene UK Finance

Requirements:

Accountant (UK)

Responsibilities:

1.Bank reconciliations, Credit card reconciliations.

IT Technician (UK)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for installation, configuration, upgrade, operation, maintenance and management of computer hardware and software (computer, display, telephone, network facilities and other ancillary hardware facilities, such as printers and scanners)

  • Responds to informs and educates users by evaluating hardware and software applications for their needs.
  • Provides system administration engineering, maintenance and support to routers, firewalls, switches, access points and servers.
